- Narration Box: In a computer room in Eientei ...
(Flandre is sitting at a computer, frowning at a computer screen. She's in her older form, but her hair is shorter than usual. Koishi comes up behind her; they are both wearing Eirin-uniforms, although Koishi still has her own hat.)
Koishi: Hey, Flan, nice haircut!
Text: Gensokyo's Finest Psychiatrist: KOISHI KOMEIJI
Text: Gensokyo's Best Healer: FLANDRE SCARLET - Flandre: (turning to face her) Thanks, but ...
Koishi: (frowning) ... you had to cut your hair because Tewi's prank *dyed* it!?
Flandre: Yeah ... More importantly ... - (Koishi looks over Flandre's shoulder.)
Koishi: So you're going over Eientei's financial records ...?
Flandre's Thoughts: The bottom lines aren't adding up, and there's some weird expenses and repayments that don't make any sense.
Koishi: Hey, you're right! - Koishi: This definitely warrants some kind of investigation. Hmm ...
Flandre: Yeah ... Who's been avoiding you lately, besides Tewi?
Koishi: Now that you mention it ... - (Tewi is standing around on Eientei's front porch.)
Tewi: Ah, what a nice day to cause chaos ...
Flandre: (coming up behind) Hey, Tewi! Uh, quick question about our financial records ...
Tewi: Whaddaya want? - (The view shifts slightly to the right, revealing Koishi behind Flandre.)
Koishi: Okay, she doesn't know anything except that she deleted a weird hacking file in the financial system (without telling anyone).
Tewi: (smirking) Oh now that's just cheating. Well played!
Flandre: Okay ... I'd say it's time to bring this to Eirin. - Narration Box: In a more different computer room in Eientei ...
(Eirin is sitting at a computer, frowning at a computer screen. Her hair is also shorter than usual.)
Eirin's Thoughts: Strange ... what happened to that records-doctoring file I made?
SFX: also got hit by Tewi's dye-prank - (Koishi leans into the panel behind her. Eirin gets a red "!" over her head.)
Koishi: Oh, you made that, Eirin? Sorry, Tewi just up and deleted it without really knowing what it was. - Eirin: (sweatdrop) Ah ... Koishi and Flandre ...
Koishi: Yeah ... I admit I hadn't noticed you were keeping out of my way.
Flandre: This isn't just illegal, it's flagrant abuse of the trust of all the honest residents and workers here (and Tewi). - Eirin: Look ... I have an explanation for this ...
Koishi: Really? Let me see it, then! And Even if the money's going somewhere good, it doesn't excuse lying to us all!
SFX: THIIIRD EEEEYE'D! - (Cut to some sort of apartment; Chiyuri comes across Yumemi reclining on a couch. Chiyuri is wearing oversized sunglasses, and Yumemi has sort of robot-ears with a stealth-camo device on her belt.)

Chiyuri: Chief, I just got a message from HQ, they want us to investigate why Sukima Corporation's been releasing what look like medicines from the moon.
Yumemi: Chiyuri, with a name like "Sukima,"* it's obviously Yukari doing it.
Footnote: *lit. "gap" - (Back to a room in Eientei, where a crowd has gathered, consisting of Kaguya, Mokou, Tewi, Flandre, and Koishi, surrounding Eirin. Tewi has an evil cat-grin; Koishi has a sweatdrop.)
Mokou SFX: they decided on "Mokou Houraisan," by the way
Kaguya: Eirin, we don't mind you and Yukari helping the Outside World, and keeping it secret makes sense.
Eirin: Ah ... princess ...
Kaguya: But for falsifying our financial records, your punishment is that Tewi will cut the rest of your hair off!

In other news, I'm starting to come up with Ideas for cyborg-Yumemi's background and that at least her (female) CO should be named Big Boss. Somebody stop me.

I think it's funny (though probably not ironic) that the missing funds went into a "gap".

Hey, Kimiko Muffin. Never mind the name; but what is Mokou's "status" in Eientei now? Is she "Kaguya's wife?" "The chick who can start you on fire but won't if you leave her alone?" We see her interacting with Kaguya; but not any of the others. (I know she teased the "meeps" in your story where she burns her old hut; like a big sister.)
What kind of pranks would Tewi pull on her? (I'd guess make the earth rabbits refer to her as "Her Highness" or something.) Mokou strikes me as someone irritated at the notion of someone having to take her words as orders; which is probably a plus for Tewi.

I haven't really thought of that before, but after a few minutes of thinking about it ... In the present-timeline she's sort of a permanent guest, i.e. she has no authority to speak of, but you'd better be polite to her or else (what with one thing and another). In the future timeline, she's "Kaguya's Wife," so she effectively shares Kaguya's position but, but yeah, having authority and responsibility would make her irritable.
As for Tewi's pranks ... I want to say they'd be on the level of somewhere between what she does with Reisen, and what she'd do with Kaguya. And she probably would go "hey, great idea!" in response to that "plus for Tewi" bit.

Seems to me that Mokou's main function in Eientei is to stand there looking adorable and slightly confused. Guess it takes a long time to overcome about a thousand years of minimal human contact?

Maybe she does security? She's an Ex-Boss level fighter, and she knows her way around the Bamboo Forest well enough to escort patients through it.

Though if we're bringing troll shipping into this, I suppose if we wanted to go for a more canon standpoint, Mokou could concievably ♥ Meiling, because it is abundantly clear that Kaguya ♠ Mokou.

Yeah. Marisa ♥ Alice, Patchouli ♠ Marisa ... unless Sakuya ♣ Marisa/Patchouli. Orin ♦ Utsuho, probably ... or, uh, actually, I'm not sure whether the dangerous one needs to be before the diamond or after it. Aya and Hatate bounce back and forth between ♥ and ♠.
Hmm ... I was going to make a comment about the difficulty of coming up with it further than that, since there's very few cases of characters specifically disliking each other, but then I thought, a lack of people specifically liking each other has never stopped conventional shippers before, so why not have ... um ... Letty ♠ Yuuka, or Nitori ♣ Hina/Momiji?
(That's ♥, ♠, ♣, and ♦, by the way. But I've also set it up to automatically parse emoticons.)
So, I decided to make a Fate of 60 Years comic which didn't contain any of my OCs, and instead focused on characters you actually care about and also Tewi;(Warning, link leads to TVTropes. Muffin will not be held responsible for hours of time lost as a result of following it.But see also this disclaimer)1 it looks like "someday" is "two and a half months."
So: Flan has demonstrated her ability to heal people ("manipulating" the "destruction" away), and Koishi would probably be the best person to deal with problems in your subconscious now that she's once again capable of coherent thought, so I figure, why wouldn't they work for Gensokyo's best overall doctor? Oh, and Mokou and Kaguya are married.
As for the actual solution to this miniature Incident: I figure eventually Eirin would decide to help out the Outside World. However, due to various factors inside and out, they can't just go about doing it openly. So Eirin gets Yukari to help her out and yeah.
Tewi's prank will go undescribed for now; I figured she was due for some kind of actual success here. I used Kogasa's hair for short-haired-Flandre, and Konngara's hair for short-haired-Eirin, and while neither of them really look like "these guys actually had to cut their normal hairstyles," they look good enough for me.
Koishi's dialogue was a bit weird to write for, since she reads minds (in this continuity) and you don't need to give her information. Of course, it was even weirder in my first pass through the dialogue, in which I didn't really use Flandre's thought-clouds, so less actual information was getting conveyed.
So, Yumemi and Chiyuri are sort of like Ghost in the Shell-style cyborgs. Uh, I wasn't entirely sure how to convey that directly in the comic, which is why I'm stating that here. And Yumemi is also a cyborg ninja. I just thought it would be fun if they were doing something like that in the future-timeline. This is the apartment-background; use it if you like and possibly credit me. The entire panel took far too long to make.
