Shenanigans in a Magical Forest

REIMU: It still feels kinda weird.

MARISA: Hmm? What does?

REIMU: ... The usual.

MARISA: You mean the fact that in the past ten years ...

REIMU: ... I've aged ten years, but you haven't changed a bit.

MARISA: Yeah ... well, y'know. It was either become a youkai myself, or I age ten years and Alice doesn't change a bit. I mean, she was at the limit of that aging-up spell as it is.

REIMU: Yes, that's the other part of it. I remember you and Alice at your wedding, and the looks on your faces, and I think ... "There's no way I could possibly want to take that happiness away, or end it too soon."

MARISA: Hey, thanks. I really appreciate that, y'know?

REIMU: You're welcome. And yet here we are, the two of us, still resolving Incidents ...

MARISA: ... and doin' pretty much the opposite of what solvin' Incidents was like ten years ago.

REIMU: Yes. The more things change, the more they stay the same. And it's one quarter of the way through Gensōkyō's third 60-Year Cycle.

MARISA: Has it been that long? Huh ... fifteen years, you're right.

REIMU: I wonder what the Judge of the Dead would think about how we've changed.

MARISA: The Yama? Psh, she's unpleasable. She's probably got a whole shopping list of sins we haven't properly atoned for.

REIMU: Hah. You know she lectures people in life because she just doesn't like sending them to Hell.

MARISA: Yeah, yeah.

REIMU: It still feels kinda weird.

Ooooh! Time-skip revealed! That explains the age part of CSA0104 and the meta parts of CSA0007 and CSA0321.

Formica Archonis

CSA0007 and CSA0321

And now that I see those together I realize Marisa's standing in the exact same place in both frames.

You are now wondering what other pages I've done that kind of thing on. And on what pages the copying took more effort than just doing whatever. :3

Spirit Tsunami

Whoa...didn't expect that. Hmm...this could definitely make things interesting, as a lot of things that haven't happened yet will have already happened by now.

Wyrm

So Marisa did take the red pill youkai medicine.

Dizzy H. Slightly Voided

That she did.

Hm. I like your interpretation of Shikieiki. I'm not a fan of that whole "Arbitrarily send people to hell" thing that mainstream fanon seems to have going.

So Reimu's in her twenties? Shame create.swf doesn't show that very well.

By all cannon accounts she sends people to hell because that's what she's required to do by the law she serves. Ergo it is non-arbitrary(well the law itself is but not the enforcement of the law.).

Thirties.

You are now wondering what...

I am now reading everything you write in Professor Farnsworth's voice.

@Tewi Inonymous: Which is why I said fanon.

@Muffin: D'oh. I forgot to factor in the PC-98 timeline...and the amount of time between each Incident.
