Dumb Wolf Tengu
I think maybe you should shop' some new looks for the characters in The Fate of Sixty Years stories.

@Danielu: Silliness, as explained previously.
@Dumb Wolf Tengu: Nah, this is create.swf, simply giving them new hairstyles and facial expressions will suffice for making that look different, plus maybe a slightly different existing outfit (c.f. Old Reimu, Ghost Youmu). And anyway, since the vast majority of them are youkai to begin with, it's not like most of them are going to need it much.

Your Cirno/Okuu pairing is cute in how innocent both of them are about it.
though I learned how to make a scene with a badly done fan character (Meimu) awesome: GIANT GLACIER!
Kimiko, as far as your original characters, they're pretty nice (and you don't try to out-zun ZUN)

@Duran: See, the thing about the major-profile OCs is ... I believe that in most cases, the concept is at least salvageable. (Well ... maybe not the ones from Touhou Project Side Story, but.) And pretty much the best way to salvage a Mary Sue is to present them, exclusively and in no uncertain terms, as not a Mary Sue. My preferred method for this in the 60-years stories is going to be shifting the "uber-awesome that everyone holds in awe!" status onto Reimu, Marisa, and Yukari, and having the OCs basically exist in their shadow, with everyone only seeing them in their relationship to their parental-figure. In other words, when people look at Satsuki, they don't think "the current Shrine Maiden, Satsuki Hakurei." They think "the new Shrine Maiden, Reimu Hakurei's adopted granddaughter."

Am I bad for yelling 'KOORI NI NAREEEEEEEE' when Cirno smashed Meimu with the glacier hammer? (For those who don't realize: It is a reference to GaoGaiGar (Attention! This link carries you to TVTropes! Like Muffin, I won't take any responsibility if TVTropes absorbs all your time and ruins your life!)
東方再想天則 〜 Rethinking the Natural Law (Touhou 12.3i) begins here. We apologize for the Christmas-induced delay.
What, were you thinking I was going to make a different joke for the title? Anyway, this is basically my take on how any actual "romance" between Cirno and Utsuho would have to be: THE STRONGEST! If you thought "man, this is stupid" at any point, I have been successful. I've pretty much always been going to have the kiss end the way it did, too.
Hisou Tensoku and Rin return! Yeah (or to be more precise "YEAHHHH"), I didn't really have anything new to add. Or new music. Um, but, I've had the "fallout" joke in mind for a while now.
Fun fact: in terms of saving identical images, MS Paint seems to get a smaller file-size when the images are mostly simple patterns with distinct transitions (i.e. the scenes on Hisou Tensoku's shoulder), whereas IrfanView and Photoshop have smaller file-sizes on images with patterns and gradients and not necessarily any flat colors at all (i.e. in the Core, in Meimu's stage). The PHP-generated images (above) have about the same filesize for 98.png, but a larger filesize than IrfanView for 98a.png. I don't imagine anyone will find this information particularly useful, I just thought I'd mention it.
Hmm. Closer and closer to #100 ...
