+1 Tewi. According to jer history, I think she's the most suited to go into a wild caramelldance. Patchu is too serious, Koakuma is (non-canon) too obedient, Remilia have her dignity, and Sakuya have to clean up the mansion.
So Flandre is the only who have time to dance.
Whee, another 4koma. In fact it's another Flankoma. This is my "too lazy to throw together something longer and it's already 10 PM" face. :x
Flandre's line in panel 2 is paraphrased from Hellsing. I have seen at least three different spellings for the name of the character who originally says it; Wikipedia gives it as Jan Valentine (his first name is apparently pronounced "Yan"); hence the title of the comic.
Someone else gave me the idea for the punchline (based on the memetic song of not quite the same name) a couple weeks ago, and insisted that I use it. I really had no context in which to put it. It joined up with the rest of this idea because I had no idea what else to put for the other central idea of the comic, either.
This commentary is now longer than the comic itself.
