Nitpick: Isn't it technically Immortal 「Everlasting 'Phoenix Tail'� That's the way it shows up in my game anywho...
The title is a play on the fact that Mokou's name can mean "Scarlet Sister," and Flandre is ... yeah.
Kaguya and Mokou's "not blowing people up" lessons were introduced in comic #19. (Um ... possibly. Here's a link which definitely has it.) Obviously, those haven't been doing too well (as expected, hence why Kaguya and Mokou were chosen).
